Цель урока:

• систематизировать ранее изученные сведения о географии США;
• развивать навыки чтения с полным пониманием прочитанного;
• способствовать развитию интереса к изучению англоговорящих стран.

Задачи:

• актуализировать употребление лексико-грамматических конструкций;
• совершенствовать грамматические навыки;
• воспитывать уважение к народу и культуре страны изучаемого языка;
• формировать чувство уважения к истории страны изучаемого языка.

Основные понятия: The United States of America, Canada, Mexico, country, the great White Way, dollars.
